Nuwellis names Dale Brady as principal R&D engineer
Nuwellis, Inc. (Nasdaq: NUWE) has appointed Dale Brady as Principal R&D Engineer, the Minneapolis-based medical technology company announced.
Brady brings more than 25 years of medical device experience spanning research and development, operations, manufacturing, quality systems, and commercialization. He joins Nuwellis' R&D team to work on existing and new product development programs.
Most recently, Brady served on the executive leadership teams of Peytant Solutions and Endogenex, where he directed engineering and operations activities. Before those roles, he spent nearly a decade at Osprey Medical leading development of cardiovascular technologies and digital monitoring systems, and held engineering positions at Anulex Technologies and Spine-Tech.
Brady is an inventor or co-inventor on 10 issued U.S. patents and 16 pending patent applications. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Nuwellis President and CEO Mike McCormick said Brady's background in taking products "from concept through commercialization" would support the company's product development pipeline and strategic initiatives.
