Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCTI) announced that its subsidiary Teyame Holdings Inc. has reported that revenue generated from a key client — described as one of Spain's leading health insurance companies — reached the same level by June 2026 as it had across all of 2025.

The company projects the client will generate annual revenue of €2 million for Teyame. Teyame manages the client's omnichannel customer acquisition by combining AI-driven engagement with direct account management.

HCTI CFO David Ayanoglou attributed the performance to the company's acquisition of Spain-based entities Teyame 360 SL and Datono Mediacion SL. "This client's results are exactly the kind of outcome we expected when we brought Teyame 360 and Datono Mediacion into the HCTI family," Ayanoglou said. "Their team's ability to combine AI-driven customer engagement with hands-on account management is already translating into real, measurable growth for our clients."

Teyame operates through its Spain-based subsidiaries with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Malaga, offering services including lead generation, inbound and outbound call campaigns, and customer satisfaction surveys.
