Insmed (INSM) Tops Q2 EPS by 62c; offers guidance

Insmed (NASDAQ: INSM) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.06), $0.62 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.68). Revenue for the quarter came in at $425.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $393.4 million.

OUTLOOK:

The company raised its guidance for full-year 2026 BRINSUPRI revenues to a range of $1.25 billion to $1.40 billion from the previous guidance of at least $1 billion. The Company continues to anticipate full-year 2026 ARIKAYCE revenues in the range of $450 million to $470 million.
The Company raised its peak revenue estimate for BRINSUPRI to more than $7 billion, raised its peak revenue estimate for TPIP to more than $6 billion, and reiterated its peak revenue estimate for ARIKAYCE as more than $1 billion.
The Company continues to anticipate submitting an average of one to two INDs per year from its pre-clinical research programs.
Insmed continues to anticipate that the totality of its pre-clinical research programs will comprise less than 20% of overall expenditures.
