Hudson Technologies wins back $210M Defense Logistics Agency deal

August 5, 2026 6:41 PM

Hudson Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) has been re-awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, according to a press release from the company.

The contract, initially awarded in October 2025, was rescinded after an unsuccessful bidder filed a bid protest at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in January 2026, challenging the DLA's evaluation of proposals. Following a completed re-bid process, the DLA has again selected Hudson Technologies.

The initial term of the agreement runs through August 4, 2031 and is valued at $210 million. The DLA holds a five-year option to extend the contract through July 31, 2036.

Ken Gaglione, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hudson Technologies, said, "We are extremely pleased and proud to announce that Hudson has once again been awarded this contract. This re-award validates the competitive bid process and reflects Hudson's past ten years of unparalleled support and reliable service to the DLA."

Hudson Technologies, based in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., provides refrigerant products and services to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry.
