Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE: CRM) announced that Srini Tallapragada has stepped down as President and Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer, effective August 6, 2026.

Tallapragada will transition to a Special Advisor role to the Chief Executive Officer through August 6, 2027, assisting with the transition of his duties, product and technology matters, business development, and customer-related matters.

Under a transition agreement, Tallapragada's cash compensation through January 31, 2027, will consist of his current salary rate and annual bonus. For the remainder of the transition period, his compensation will be calculated at a rate of $75,000 per year. Previously granted equity awards will continue to vest according to their existing terms during the transition period.

The transition period may end early if Salesforce terminates the agreement for cause, if Tallapragada provides ten days' written notice of resignation, or if he accepts full-time compensated employment with a third party. The agreement also includes a release of claims by Tallapragada and a reaffirmation of his obligations under an employee inventions and proprietary rights assignment agreement.
