CDW CFO Albert Miralles to retire in 2027 after successor found
CDW Corporation (Nasdaq: CDW) announced that Albert J. Miralles, its chief financial officer, plans to retire in 2027 following a planned leadership transition. The company said a search for his successor is currently underway.
Miralles will remain in his CFO role until a successor is appointed, after which he will serve in an advisory capacity. He has held the CFO position for five years.
Christine A. Leahy, chair and chief executive officer of CDW, said in a statement: "The teams he has led over the last five years have done remarkable work building a strong foundation for future growth."
Miralles said: "It has been a privilege to serve as chief financial officer for CDW over the last five years. As I approach retirement, I am committed to supporting a smooth transition and ensuring the company is well positioned for continued success."
CDW, headquartered in Vernon Hills, Ill., provides information technology solutions to business, government, education, and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.
