Volato Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SOAR) announced the commercial launch of Volato AI, an enterprise artificial intelligence platform for business aviation, with Flyte as its first enterprise customer.

Flyte, a regional air mobility company and subsidiary of Catheter Precision, Inc. (NYSE American: VTAK), will deploy aviation-specific AI agents across selected operational workflows. Initial applications are expected to include customer communications, charter sales support, flight quoting, crew coordination, maintenance scheduling, dispatch support, compliance assistance, document management, operational scheduling, and administrative workflow automation.

Volato AI is built on the company's aviation software development history and is designed to support Part 135 charter operations. The platform is intended to increase employee productivity, reduce administrative workload, and improve customer responsiveness.

Volato said the Flyte deployment will also provide operational feedback to guide product refinement and future customer implementations. The company stated its primary strategic focus remains completing a previously announced pending AI infrastructure business combination, which is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory approvals, with no assurance the transaction will be completed.
