Thryv and Ooma sign co-marketing deal targeting small businesses
Thryv (NASDAQ: THRY) and Ooma (NYSE: OOMA) have announced a co-marketing agreement aimed at expanding awareness of their respective services among small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
Under the agreement, the two companies plan to cross-promote their offerings through coordinated sales and marketing initiatives, including webinars, customer educational programs, sales incentive programs, and cross-promotional outreach. The companies say they collectively serve hundreds of thousands of small businesses.
The arrangement connects Ooma's business communications customers with Thryv's small business software platform, while Thryv's customers gain access to Ooma's communications services. The companies expect to begin co-marketing initiatives in Q3 2026.
Joe Walsh, Chairman and CEO of Thryv, said: "This relationship connects two companies with a shared focus on helping small businesses succeed. Ooma has an exceptional reputation and a strong base of entrepreneurial and service-based businesses, many of whom could benefit from Thryv's ability to help them attract more customers and accelerate growth."
Eric Stang, President and CEO of Ooma, said: "This co-marketing agreement will allow us to expand visibility across our combined networks and leverage our respective brands to pursue additional opportunities."
Thryv provides a software platform used by approximately 100,000 businesses globally. Ooma, founded in 2003, provides phone, messaging, video, and communications services to more than 1.2 million users.
