Thryv launches AI platform for small business marketing
Thryv (Nasdaq: THRY) has launched a redesigned platform it describes as an AI-native growth platform aimed at local service businesses, the company announced in a press release.
The platform combines AI software with optional support from Thryv marketing experts. Its stated functions include improving online visibility across Google, AI search engines, maps, directories and social media, identifying high-value leads, and tracking which marketing campaigns generate revenue.
New features include a Digital Marketing Score, AI-powered websites, AI-powered social posts, and AI Lead Insights™, which provide intent scoring, conversation summaries and recommended actions. The platform also now integrates with field service management tools including Jobber.
According to internal Thryv data based on approximately 6,000 potential customers active in its systems between January 1 and April 22, 2026, businesses using AI Lead Insights generated 40% more revenue per client and converted leads at 1.5 times the rate of non-scored leads.
"Small businesses want more than marketing tools. They want to know they're investing in the right opportunities and getting measurable results," said Grant Freeman, president of Thryv.
The company says approximately 100,000 businesses globally use its software. Thryv described the launch as its most significant milestone in its transition from a directory and marketing services company to a SaaS platform. A free 30-day trial is available.
