BMO Capital Reiterates Outperform Rating on Tyson (TSN)
BMO Capital analyst Andrew Strelzik reiterated an Outperform rating and $75.00 price target on Tyson (NYSE: TSN).
The analyst comments "TSN's FY3Q26 EPS of $0.99 beat consensus by $0.02 as smaller Beef losses and modest upside in Pork/International more than offset slightly softer Chicken and Prepared Foods profits. TSN lowered FY26 operating profit guidance -$100mm (~4%) as softer Beef outlook (-$150mm) is partially offset by raised low end of Prepared Foods outlook (+$50mm). That said, FY27 commentary was constructive, pointing to EPS growth led by Prepared Foods and Beef, with potential for growth in Chicken. We reiterate Outperform and see potential for upside to consensus FY27 EPS as Beef recovers."
