The analyst commented, "Last quarter Cloudflare reported a solid 3% revenue beat, though shares were pressured by a mix of high expectations, restructuring/ layoff announcements, outlook growth deceleration/prudence, and DBNRR sequential declines. Heading into 2Q26, we expect the narrative to remain centered on the same four pillars: gross margin trajectory, the pace of growth deceleration, DBNRR stabilization, restructuring execution, and agentic AI."
