BitGo launches Link to connect institutional exchange accounts
BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) announced the launch of BitGo Link, a platform that connects institutional clients' exchange accounts directly to the BitGo platform, according to a company press release.
Link is described as a centralized control layer that gives trading and treasury teams a unified way to manage capital across BitGo and a network of exchanges. The product joins BitGo's existing Go Network, which handles transaction settlement and liquidity within qualified custody.
Key features of Link include real-time visibility into buying power across BitGo and non-BitGo accounts, one-click transfers for rebalancing or meeting margin needs, automatic reconciliation against exchange records, and centralized admin controls that extend across all connected exchange accounts. Every transfer through Link routes through BitGo's Policy Engine, applying the same approval controls used for BitGo wallets.
"Link makes BitGo the command center for institutional treasury and trading," said Mike Belshe, CEO and Co-founder of BitGo. "One network, no borders: governance travels with the capital, wherever it moves."
BitGo said it expects to expand Link to additional exchanges and treasury workflows over time.
