Swarmer, Inc. (Nasdaq: SWMR), a drone autonomy software company, announced a strategic partnership with Oak Grove Technologies (OGT) to integrate Swarmer's autonomous software into OGT's Chimera unmanned aircraft platform for U.S. defense and training missions.

According to a press release, OGT claims to be the first U.S.-based company to integrate Swarmer's software into its Chimera platform. Integration and testing were completed in late 2025 in Eastern Europe, with approximately 100 test flights conducted across various weather conditions and mission profiles. The test units were returned to OGT's U.S. headquarters in early 2026.

Swarmer states its software has supported more than 100,000 combat missions in Ukraine since April 2024. The company, headquartered in Austin, Texas, describes its technology as vendor-agnostic software that allows a single operator to control multiple autonomous platforms simultaneously.

"Integrating Swarmer's technology into our Chimera platform and putting it through its paces alongside elite SOF operators has given us valuable real-world insight," said Mark Gross, Chief Executive Officer of OGT.

Alex Fink, President and U.S. Chief Executive Officer of Swarmer, said the volume of data collected from combat operations in Ukraine "has given us a compounding advantage that simply can't be replicated in labs or test ranges."

OGT is a veteran-owned defense contractor headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, providing mission support, training, and unmanned systems solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies. The partnership targets applications for U.S. Special Operations Forces across all military branches.
