Arhaus (NASDAQ: ARHS) has relocated its Charlotte, North Carolina showroom from SouthPark Mall to a freestanding location at The Village at SouthPark, according to a press release from the company.

The new showroom, at 4320 Sharon Road, spans approximately 35,000 square feet and opened July 31, 2026. The company describes it as its second-largest traditional showroom.

The location offers furniture and décor collections along with complimentary interior design services. Arhaus operates a manufacturing facility in North Carolina where it produces upholstery products.

In connection with the opening, Arhaus said it will contribute $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region.

The showroom is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Arhaus operates more than 100 showroom locations across the United States.
