Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) has filed a prospectus supplement for the issuance of 2,499,567 shares of its Class A common stock.

The shares are to be issued to IBG Holdings LLC in exchange for membership interests in IBG LLC equal in number to the shares issued. The company stated it will not receive any cash proceeds from the transaction.

Interactive Brokers said it does not expect the issuance to have a material dilutive effect on its stockholders.
