T3 Defense subsidiaries Rimon and Tiltan report revenue milestones
T3 Defense Inc. (Nasdaq: DFNS) announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries Rimon and Tiltan each posted year-to-date revenue, new orders, and total backlog figures the company described as records, according to a press release dated July 31, 2026.
Rimon recorded $2.6 million in revenue for July 2026, which the company called an all-time monthly high. Year-to-date revenue reached approximately $5.25 million, surpassing Rimon's full-year 2025 revenue of $4.6 million. As of July 31, 2026, Rimon reported a backlog of $2.1 million scheduled for delivery through year-end, along with $0.9 million in outstanding proposals not yet converted to orders. The subsidiary said it anticipates full-year 2026 revenue to exceed $7.2 million.
Tiltan reported approximately $1.0 million in year-to-date revenue, $2.5 million in total purchase orders received year-to-date, and a backlog of $1.5 million as of July 31, 2026. The subsidiary also reported $3.5 million in outstanding proposals not yet converted to orders. Tiltan said it anticipates full-year 2026 revenue to exceed $4.0 million.
The company said Tiltan's performance is driven by orders from global defense customers for the development of advanced aerial sensors. Rimon said it is evaluating operational expansion, including hiring additional personnel and a potential move to a larger production facility.
T3 Defense noted that the revenue and order figures are preliminary, unaudited, and subject to adjustment. Backlog figures are internal operating metrics not prepared in accordance with U.S. GAAP and do not constitute a guarantee of future revenue.
