INmune Bio Inc. (NASDAQ: INMB) announced it received a combined $4.6 million in research and development cash rebates from government programs in Australia and the United Kingdom, according to a press release.

The company received approximately $4.2 million from Australia on July 30, 2026, and approximately $0.4 million from the UK in June 2026. The rebates were generated through established government programs supporting qualifying research and development activity conducted in those countries, reflecting eligible expenditures related to clinical development, manufacturing, and regulatory activities.

INmune Bio said that after adjusting second-quarter operating cash flows to exclude the UK rebate received during that period, the combined proceeds exceeded the company's net cash used in operating activities during the quarter.

"Receiving approximately $4.6 million in non-dilutive cash during June and July strengthens our financial position, extends our runway without issuing additional equity and allows us to preserve momentum across the near-term regulatory and clinical milestones," said David Moss, Chief Executive Officer of INmune Bio.

The company said the rebates extend its cash runway as it advances its CORDStrom platform, also known as Ebstrocel, toward regulatory filings. INmune Bio has stated it plans to submit a Marketing Authorization Application to the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency in 2026 and to the European Medicines Agency in 2027, alongside a planned U.S. Biologics License Application submission.
