Perella Weinberg Partners (NASDAQ: PWP) announced the promotion of eight managing directors to partners, according to a press release issued July 31, 2026.

The eight promotions span multiple sectors and office locations. The newly promoted partners are Sam Alnouri (Financial Services, New York), Serdj Balach (Industrials, New York), Markus Freund (Financing & Capital Solutions, Munich), Edyta Lipka (Financials & Technology, London), Adam Lubart (Healthcare, New York), Ridwan Obaray (Healthcare, New York), Matt Rahmani (Financing & Capital Solutions, New York), and Andrew Stockdale (Financial Services, London).

Andrew Bednar, chief executive officer and chairman, said: "Each has strengthened our platform through their commercial achievements, intense client focus, and dedication to their teams."

Each of the eight promoted individuals has more than 12 years of industry experience. Alnouri joined the firm in 2024, Balach in 2020, Freund and Lipka in 2021, Lubart in 2014, Obaray in 2019, Rahmani in 2016, and Stockdale in 2022.
