Nasdaq halted trading under halt code "T12 — Additional Information Requested by Nasdaq," citing Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(a). The company submitted written responses on June 10, June 17, and July 2, 2026. Nasdaq advised the company it had no further questions following its review.
According to the company's statement, it is not aware of any undisclosed corporate development or material non-public information that would account for the trading activity. The company said the increase in price and volume beginning around April 10, 2026, most likely reflects publicly available information regarding the registered direct offering.
