Lumentum Holdings (NASDAQ: LITE) announced that Vincent Retort, Executive Vice President of Global Reliability & Quality, has informed the company of his planned retirement, effective October 2026.

Following his retirement, Retort has agreed to provide consulting services to Lumentum for a two-year term. Under the arrangement, his outstanding equity awards will continue to vest during the consulting period in accordance with their existing vesting schedules, contingent on him remaining a service provider to the company.
