InspireMD, Inc. (Nasdaq: NSPR) has appointed Kathleen Kennedy as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, the company announced July 30, 2026. Kennedy will report to CEO Marvin Slosman.

Kennedy previously served as Sales Director at InspireMD, where she supported the initial U.S. launch of the CGuard Prime carotid stent system. She most recently held the position of Vice President of Sales for North America at Omniscient Neurotechnology before rejoining InspireMD.

Kennedy brings more than 30 years of medical device sales leadership experience, with a focus on carotid intervention and carotid stenting. Earlier roles include Senior Area Director at Silk Road Medical, Chief Commercial Officer at CAE Healthcare, and commercial positions at Cordis, Biomet, Guidant Corporation, and Angiodynamics. She holds a BA in Communications Studies from Northern Illinois University.

"As we prepare for the potential U.S. approval and commercial relaunch of the CGuard platform, including CGuard Prime 80cm for TCAR procedures, Kathy's deep expertise in carotid intervention, proven commercial leadership and established relationships throughout the field make her invaluable to our U.S. commercial organization," Slosman said.

InspireMD develops the CGuard Prime carotid stent system, which uses the company's proprietary MicroNet mesh technology, for stroke prevention.
