Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK) reported record second-quarter 2026 results, with worldwide revenue surpassing $1 billion for the first time in the company's history, driven by performance across box office, concessions, premium formats and loyalty programs.

The company recorded worldwide quarterly admission revenues of $540 million, an all-time high, as more than 60 million moviegoers attended its theaters during the quarter. Global concession revenue reached $433 million, also a record, alongside all-time high domestic per-capita spending on food, beverage and merchandise.

Premium format offerings, including Cinemark XD, ScreenX and D-BOX motion seats, generated record sales during the quarter. Cinemark Movie Club, the company's U.S. monthly subscription program, surpassed 1.5 million members during the quarter, accounting for approximately 30 percent of domestic box office. Since its launch, the program has sold more than 200 million tickets. Globally, nearly 30 million moviegoers are enrolled in Cinemark loyalty programs.

"Our historic second quarter results demonstrate the strength of our differentiated entertainment offerings," said Sean Gamble, Cinemark President and CEO.
