Sagtec Global signs data center deal worth up to $10M
Sagtec Global Limited (Nasdaq: SAGT) has signed a Data Center Management Agreement with Viryatec Limited, a Hong Kong-based IT and AI services company, according to a press release from Sagtec.
Under the agreement, Viryatec has appointed Sagtec as its proposed data center management provider for a planned AI-ready data center development in Southeast Asia. Sagtec expects the engagement to generate approximately $10 million in revenue over an anticipated 36-month service period, subject to the execution of definitive agreements, project implementation, and commencement of operations.
Services Sagtec is expected to provide include operational management, infrastructure monitoring, preventive maintenance, AI-enabled analytics, security management, and customer support.
Viryatec is developing the data center in Malaysia to support demand for AI computing, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise hosting across Southeast Asia.

Sagtec is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and has been listed on Nasdaq since March 2025. The company provides enterprise software solutions and AI-powered technology platforms.
