Core AI forms Z Studio unit to develop consumer AI applications
Core AI Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHAI) announced the formation of Z Studio, a new business unit focused on developing and scaling AI-powered consumer applications across multiple vertical markets.
According to a press release from the Miami-based company, Z Studio consolidates product strategy, applied AI, engineering, user acquisition, monetization and global operations under a single organization. The unit is intended to complement Core AI's existing AI infrastructure and Core Gaming businesses.
Current products under Z Studio include HomeGPT, AICalfit and PlantCare, with additional applications under development. The company said development areas include smart cleaning and privacy, home and interior design, health and nutrition, visual recognition, and cognitive training and lifestyle utilities.
According to internal company data, Z Studio includes 16 product development and collaboration teams that have supported 129 internal prototype builds. Over the previous 30 days, 27 prototype applications advanced to live market-validation campaigns with paid user acquisition. The company noted these figures reflect development activity only and should not be interpreted as indicators of commercial launch, revenue or profitability.
"The formation of Z Studio reflects our belief that the next wave of AI value will come from applications that solve specific, everyday problems for consumers," said Aitan Zacharin, Chief Executive Officer of Core AI Holdings.
The press release cited Gartner forecasts projecting worldwide AI spending of approximately $2.6 trillion in 2026, though this figure was not independently verified in the release.
