Exyn Technologies reports survey time cuts at Eldorado Gold's Turkey mine

Exyn Technologies (NASDAQ: EXYN, EXYNW) announced results from a deployment of its Nexys autonomous mapping platform at Tüprag, the Turkish mining subsidiary of Eldorado Gold Corporation, according to a press release issued July 30, 2026.

Tüprag, which had been using traditional cavity monitoring systems for underground surveying, adopted the Exyn Nexys platform following a demonstration facilitated by Marubeni, an Exyn channel partner.

According to the company, the deployment reduced survey capture times from approximately 40 minutes per scan to approximately 5 minutes, while survey teams were able to complete five scans per shift. Tüprag also reported approximately 300% greater survey coverage and a reduction in measurement errors, including the elimination of rework that had previously required crews to redo roughly one in five scans.

The platform allows survey teams to deploy the system remotely, collecting georeferenced 3D data without personnel working near unsupported ground conditions, which had been a requirement under previous methods that also relied on telehandlers and specialized equipment.

Tüprag reported that the investment generated additional value when Nexys scanned previously inaccessible sections of the mine, identifying recoverable ore and enabling the creation of a new stope in an older mining area.

"Exyn Nexys' 3D Explore Mode gives us visibility we've never had before," said Ozan Ege Özsoy, Survey Administrator at Tüprag. "The repeatability and coverage have changed the way we plan and operate."

"This deployment demonstrates how autonomous robotics can fundamentally change underground operations by delivering faster, safer and more comprehensive data collection while reducing operational complexity," said Brandon Torres Declet, CEO of Exyn Technologies.

Tüprag said it is continuing to expand use of the Nexys platform and is evaluating additional autonomous mapping applications as mining activity grows.
