PCI Pal has been designated a Strategic DEVone Partner within the NiCE (NASDAQ: NICE) CXexchange, a marketplace of curated technology partners, according to a press release from PCI Pal.

The designation allows NiCE customers to access PCI Pal's payment security solutions directly within the NiCE CXone platform across voice and digital channels. The integration supports both live agent and AI-powered customer interactions through a single payment experience.

Through the NiCE CXexchange, customers can process payments across voice, digital, and chat channels using their existing NiCE contracts. The pre-integrated solution is designed to keep sensitive payment data out of an organization's environment.
