Dynamic Aerospace Systems Corporation (OTCQB: BRQL) and Flightbox, Inc. have signed a Mutual Development and Collaboration Agreement to jointly develop autonomous aerial logistics capabilities targeting healthcare, government, emergency response, and commercial markets, according to a press release from the companies.

The agreement establishes a framework to integrate Flightbox's autonomous logistics platform with DAS's unmanned aircraft, including the US-1 long-endurance electric drone and the G1 hybrid vertical takeoff and landing platform. The companies plan to develop, integrate, test, and demonstrate the combined system.

The partnership is focused on medical logistics applications, including delivery of prescription medications, blood products, laboratory samples, vaccines, and emergency medical supplies, particularly to rural and underserved communities. The integrated system is intended to provide digital chain-of-custody documentation, GPS tracking, authenticated package handling, and regulatory compliance audit trails.

Kent Wilson, chief executive officer and chairman of DAS, said the company identified demand for a secure chain-of-custody solution through conversations with healthcare providers in the United States and Dubai. "We believe Flightbox has found that sweet spot," Wilson said, describing the platform as compact enough for drone integration while providing accountability for sensitive medical deliveries.

Barrett Stubbs, chief executive officer and founder of Flightbox, described the platform as "software-defined and hardware-enabled," noting the design allows the system to adapt as regulations change and mission profiles expand, with fewer hardware retrofits required.

Beyond healthcare, the companies identified additional target markets including government logistics, defense operations, public safety, industrial inspection, and commercial delivery.

DAS is a Nevada-incorporated company headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan, focused on unmanned aerial systems for defense and commercial applications. Flightbox is developing payload and compliance middleware for autonomous logistics platforms. The press release did not disclose financial terms of the agreement.
