GoPro, Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) announced the expansion of its Mission 1 Series camera lineup with two new bundle editions, additional accessories, and a firmware update, according to a company press release dated July 29, 2026.

The Mission 1 PRO Creator Edition, priced at $1,099.99 MSRP ($949.99 for existing annual GoPro subscribers), includes the Mission 1 PRO camera, a Media Mod, a Volta 2 Battery Grip, and a Wireless Mic Complete Kit. The Mission 1 PRO Ultimate Creator Edition is priced at $1,199.99 MSRP ($1,049.99 for subscribers) and adds a Fluid Pro AI gimbal and Light Mod 2 to the same core components. Both editions are available now at GoPro.com, with retail availability in August.

GoPro also introduced several standalone accessories. The Media Mod for Mission 1 Series, priced at $149.99, features a built-in multi-pattern microphone, three 3.5mm audio ports, and a micro-HDMI port supporting up to 4K60 video output. The Volta 2 battery grip, priced at $139.99, includes a 5,800mAh battery and supports up to nine hours of 4K30 recording. A Universal Adhesive Mount 2-Pack is available for $14.99.

A firmware update for existing Mission 1 and Mission 1 PRO cameras is available now through the GoPro app or GoPro.com. The update adds compatibility with the new Media Mod and Volta 2, and includes image quality improvements including contrast and tone tuning in Dive mode, improved color accuracy, and cinematic motion blur adjustments.

GoPro also noted that the Mission 1 PRO ILS, a version compatible with interchangeable lenses, is expected to go on sale later in the current quarter.
