CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (NYSE American: ZONE) has signed a 10-year Colocation Services Agreement with Cerebras Systems (NASDAQ: CBRS) for an AI data center campus in Minnesota, according to a company press release dated July 29, 2026.

The agreement carries an initial contract value of approximately $800 million, with two 10-year renewal options that bring the total potential contract value to more than $3 billion. The campus is designed to Tier 3 standards and will deliver approximately 55 MW of utility power capacity and 40 MW of critical IT load at full buildout.

CleanCore said approximately 20 MW of utility power is already energized, supporting an initial 15 MW of critical IT load. The remaining capacity is expected to come online by the first quarter of 2027, when the company anticipates initial revenue to begin.

The facility will be 100% pre-leased to Cerebras under the long-term agreement. CleanCore expects to own nearly 80% of the project, which will be developed in partnership with an unnamed data center development partner.

"This second development marks an important milestone in advancing our portfolio of critical digital infrastructure to secure compute capacity for Cerebras and other premier AI companies," said Tyler Hassen, CEO of CleanCore.

The Minnesota campus is CleanCore's second announced AI infrastructure project, following a previously announced data center campus in West Texas. The company states its development pipeline spans up to over 500 MW across U.S. markets.

The company's forward-looking statements note several risks, including its limited operating history in the data center industry, significant capital requirements, construction and permitting risks, and reliance on Cerebras fulfilling its obligations under the agreement. The company also cited conditions that raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
