Iveda (NASDAQ: IVDA) announced a partnership with Primion, a converged security and workforce management solutions provider, to make IvedaAI available to Primion's customer base across Europe.

Under the agreement, IvedaAI will be offered as a standalone solution through Primion, with a longer-term plan to integrate it natively within Primion's security ecosystem. Primion serves around 5,000 customers worldwide and has operated for more than 30 years.

The partnership is designed to connect access control data with real-time video analysis, allowing security operators to use natural language prompts to create custom detections without model training. IvedaAI is built to work with existing camera infrastructure and is described as GDPR-compliant.

"Our customers are not asking for more complexity. They are looking for security solutions that simplify operations, connect critical information and support better decisions when every second counts," said Primion CEO Francis Cepero.

Iveda CEO and founder David Ly said the partnership was more than a year in the making, noting that "the future of physical security is not one system replacing another, but trusted platforms working together in smarter ways."

The announcement follows Iveda's recent establishment of a European operations center in Madrid, Spain, which the company said supports its expanded presence in the region.
