Marcus Corporation names new chief information officer effective August 2
Marcus Corporation (NYSE: MCS) announced that Rajiv W. Castellino has been promoted to chief information officer, effective August 2, 2026. Castellino previously served as chief technology officer of Marcus Hotels & Resorts since joining the company in 2017.
Castellino succeeds Kim M. Lueck, who will retire as chief information officer on August 1, 2026, after nearly 30 years with the company.
In his role at Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Castellino led infrastructure and network engineering teams and took on responsibility for marketing technology support and development. Before joining Marcus, he served as chief information officer at Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., where he oversaw information technology management and technology brand standards.

Marcus, chief executive officer of Marcus Corporation, said in a statement: "Rajiv has consistently aligned technology strategies to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen the long-term success of Marcus Hotels & Resorts. I am confident he will bring the same focus and discipline as he assumes leadership of our enterprise-wide technology strategy and infrastructure."
Castellino holds a master's degree in management information systems from the University of Dallas, a master's degree in marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in India, and a bachelor's degree from Ferguson College of the University of Pune in India.
Marcus Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, operates Marcus Theatres and Marcus Hotels & Resorts. The company owns or operates 975 screens at 77 theatre locations across 17 states and owns and/or manages 17 hotels and resorts in eight states.
