Aclarion, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACON, ACONW) reported 141% year-over-year scan volume growth and 71% sequential scan volume growth for the first half of 2026, according to a shareholder letter published by Chief Executive Officer Brent Ness.

The Broomfield, Colorado-based healthcare technology company said its Nociscan platform gained reimbursement coverage from three of the four largest private insurers in the U.K. — Vitality, AXA, and Aviva. The company also launched a U.S.-focused Market Access Program in partnership with PRIA Healthcare to pursue insurance coverage for Nociscan domestically.

Aclarion said it continued to add sites to its CLARITY clinical trial, which it described as a key evidence-generation milestone. The company added a new AI-focused patent, bringing its total issued and pending patents to 65 worldwide.

As of June 30, 2026, Aclarion reported $16.3 million in cash and no debt. The company stated this balance supports a cash runway into the second half of 2027.

"The first half of 2026 marked an important period of execution and momentum for Aclarion," Ness said in the letter. "Scan volume growth in Q1 and Q2 reflected increasing physician engagement, strong execution by our commercial team, and growing confidence in Nociscan's ability to provide objective biochemical insights that support spine care decision making."

Nociscan is a software-as-a-service platform that uses magnetic resonance spectroscopy data to help physicians identify potential sources of chronic low back pain in the lumbar spine. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by Aclarion.
