BitGo adds Gate US to its Go Network off-exchange settlement platform

July 28, 2026 3:22 PM

BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) announced that Gate US is joining its Go Network Off-Exchange Settlement (OES) platform, expanding institutional access to U.S. digital asset liquidity.

The integration allows mutual institutional clients to access Gate US liquidity while keeping assets held in segregated custody at BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, an OCC-chartered national trust bank. Rather than transferring assets onto an exchange, clients allocate balances held in BitGo Bank & Trust custody for trading, with settlement completed through Go Network infrastructure.

Clients can pledge cash and cash equivalents, crypto assets, and select tokenized real-world assets such as money market funds. The underlying assets remain in BitGo Bank & Trust regulated custody throughout the trading lifecycle.

"Whether clients trade through BitGo Prime or directly with exchanges like Gate US, they should be able to access liquidity without sacrificing the protections that come from keeping assets in regulated qualified custody," said Adam Sporn, Head of Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales at BitGo.

Laura Liu, COO at Gate US, said the partnership allows Gate US to offer liquidity to institutions "in a framework built around regulated, segregated custody."

According to the press release, Go Network has continued to expand in 2026 with the addition of trading venues across multiple regions.
