The analyst comments "Welltower Inc. (WELL) reported another strong quarter, with broad-based operational outperformance, robust acquisition activity, and an increase to full-year guidance. SHO fundamentals remain exceptionally healthy, with occupancy, pricing, and margins all moving higher. While the company's earnings trajectory remains among the strongest in the REIT universe, we believe much of this strength is already reflected in the current valuation. Accordingly, we raise our price target to $250 but maintain our Hold rating."
