Core AI expands TikTok partnership for user acquisition growth
Core AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHAI) announced an expansion of its strategic relationship with TikTok, aimed at scaling user acquisition and digital advertising across its consumer application portfolio, according to a company press release.
The Miami-based company reported that over the past three months, user acquisition activity across a representative casual-game portfolio increased approximately fourfold, a second major traffic source grew to roughly 2.5 times prior levels, and selected utility applications saw approximately threefold growth across emerging international traffic channels.
Core AI's operating subsidiary received TikTok's Official Innovation and Growth Award in 2024 and was among the platform's earliest advertising partners during its commercial expansion in China.
The company has built an internal framework integrating TikTok account management, API connectivity, creative production, campaign optimization, data integration, and automated advertising operations.
Beyond TikTok, Core AI's advertising network includes Pangle, Google, Meta, Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, and Kwai. The company also applies AI-assisted workflows to content generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance monitoring. Consumer-facing products including HomeGPT, AI COMIC, and LikeMusic.ai are said to leverage the same distribution infrastructure used by its gaming and utility businesses.
"The digital distribution landscape is evolving rapidly," said Aitan Zacharin, Chief Executive Officer of Core AI Holdings. "We believe long-term competitive advantage will come from owning an integrated distribution infrastructure that combines AI-driven creative production, real-time data intelligence and diversified platform access."
Core AI's subsidiary, Core Gaming, has recorded over 800 million downloads and maintains a user base of more than 40 million players across more than 140 countries.
