Flow Traders picks CoreWeave for AI model training workloads
CoreWeave, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWV) announced that Flow Traders, a global liquidity provider, has selected CoreWeave as the primary AI cloud platform for its AI and deep learning division, according to a press release from CoreWeave.
Under the agreement, Flow Traders will migrate high-intensity foundation model training workloads to CoreWeave Cloud, securing dedicated compute capacity to support AI-driven quantitative trading strategies.
Flow Traders chose CoreWeave following a competitive evaluation that assessed multi-node performance, technical support, and roadmap planning. The firm cited multi-node performance as a critical factor for large-scale training workloads.
"Tomorrow's innovations can't be built on yesterday's infrastructure," said Joshua Mathew, co-head of Flow Traders' AI and deep learning division. "We are committed to conducting cutting edge research to model financial markets, and our partnership with CoreWeave secures the technology and scale that is required for it."
Jon Jones, chief revenue officer at CoreWeave, said the platform was built to deliver consistent performance at scale to support Flow Traders as it moves models toward production.
Flow Traders, founded in 2004, provides liquidity across more than 25,000 products on over 150 venues globally, with more than €7 trillion in annual value traded. CoreWeave completed its public listing on Nasdaq in March 2025.
