ATRenew Inc. (NYSE: RERE), a China-based consumer electronics recycling and trade-in company, opened its first ReRe retail store in Hong Kong and launched a global B2B marketplace called FoneSquare, according to a company press release dated July 28, 2026.

The ReRe store, located at Citywalk in Tsuen Wan, offers recycling and retail of pre-owned consumer electronics, luxury goods, sporting goods, and hobby items. The store also features ATRenew's AI valuation machine and MAX front-end inspection terminal. The company said it also operates the ReRe App as a standalone e-commerce platform for pre-owned products.

FoneSquare, described as a global B2B marketplace for pre-owned consumer electronics, began accepting merchant registrations at the Hong Kong launch event. ATRenew outlined a four-phase expansion plan for the platform, starting with cross-market distribution through Hong Kong and Dubai, followed by an online trading platform, deployment of automated quality inspection systems in Hong Kong, Dubai, and Miami, and eventually transitioning to a broader platform model.

ATRenew said it is also developing a network of ReRe smart recycling kiosks through partnerships with Vendy in northern Europe, Joybuy in the UK, and JD MALL in Hong Kong.

ATRenew, headquartered in Shanghai, was founded in 2011 and operates recycling, trade-in, and distribution services for pre-owned consumer products in China.
