Trinity Capital Inc. (NYSE: TRIN), an alternative asset manager headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, transferred its common stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas on July 27, 2026. The company's ticker symbol remains "TRIN."

Along with the common stock, the company's two Fixed Rate Senior Notes due 2029 also moved from Nasdaq to the NYSE and NYSE Texas. The notes, previously trading under the symbols "TRINZ" and "TRINI," now trade under the new symbols "TRNZ" and "TRNI," respectively.

CEO Kyle Brown said the transfer was a strategic step tied to the company's growth plans. "As we continue to expand our platform and deepen our presence in the market, transferring our listing to the NYSE is a natural next step for Trinity Capital," Brown said.

Chris Taylor, Chief Development Officer at NYSE Group, called the move "an important milestone in their commitment to long-term shareholder value."

Trinity Capital states it has deployed more than $5.7 billion across over 470 investments since its founding in 2008, as of March 31, 2026. The company operates across five lending verticals: Sponsor Finance, Equipment Finance, Tech Lending, Asset Based Lending, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.
