K3 Capital extends $30M onchain credit facility to Galaxy via Accountable
K3 Capital has extended a $30 million credit facility to Galaxy (Nasdaq: GLXY) through Accountable's vault infrastructure, deployed on the Monad blockchain and denominated in AUSD, according to a press release from Accountable.
The facility launched fully subscribed, with the target set at $100 million in deposits as additional limited partners complete onboarding. Allocators deposit AUSD into the vault; K3 Capital manages LP supply; Galaxy borrows and blends individual loans to manage liquidity for depositors.
Each loan carries a 90-day maturity and is rollable, with up to 30% of principal eligible for monthly redemption. Capital deployment, facility status, and interest activity are independently verifiable onchain through Accountable's Data Verification Network, which uses zero-knowledge cryptographic proofs.
"With this vault, K3 Capital extends a structured credit line to Galaxy, fully deployed and verifiable onchain on Monad," said Wojtek Pawlowski, co-founder and CEO of Accountable. "Our Vault-as-a-Service gives operators like K3 the flexibility to configure credit products to their specific requirements."
Galaxy's public filings show total equity of $2.8 billion and cash and stablecoin holdings of $2.6 billion as of March 31, 2026. The company is subject to regulatory reporting obligations across more than a dozen U.S. and international regulators.
K3 Capital, a BVI-registered fund launched in 2021, reported approximately $400 million in assets under management. "Traditional credit products run better on DeFi rails," said Kiril Nikolov, founder of K3 Capital.
Liquidity tokens representing vault positions are composable across DeFi protocols on Monad, including Pendle. The facility is listed on Accountable's YieldApp marketplace. AUSD, issued by Agora, has recorded cumulative transfer volume exceeding $73 billion.
Accountable has been operating verification infrastructure since 2024, with clients including Galaxy, Keyrock, RockawayX, and Valos.
