K3 Capital extends $30M credit facility to Galaxy via Accountable on Monad
Accountable, a financial verification platform, announced the launch of an onchain credit facility extending $30 million from K3 Capital to Galaxy (Nasdaq: GLXY), built on the Monad blockchain and denominated in AUSD, Agora's U.S. dollar stablecoin.
The facility launched fully subscribed at $30 million in committed capital. Accountable said it is targeting $100 million in total deposits, with additional capacity to be opened as limited partners complete onboarding in the coming weeks.
The facility is structured through Accountable's Vault-as-a-Service infrastructure. Allocators deposit AUSD into the vault, K3 Capital manages LP supply, and Galaxy borrows capital. Accountable's Data Verification Network provides continuous onchain proof of capital deployment, facility status, and interest accrual without exposing proprietary trading data.
Each loan within the facility carries a 90-day maturity and is rollable, with up to 30% of principal eligible for monthly redemption. Liquidity tokens representing vault positions are composable across DeFi protocols on Monad, including Pendle.
Galaxy reported total equity of $2.8 billion and cash and stablecoin holdings of $2.6 billion as of March 31, 2026, according to the company's public filings.
"With this vault, K3 Capital extends a structured credit line to Galaxy, fully deployed and verifiable onchain on Monad," said Wojtek Pawlowski, co-founder and CEO of Accountable.
K3 Capital, a BVI-registered investment fund launched in 2021, manages approximately $400 million in assets under management. Accountable said it has been operating verification infrastructure since 2024, with clients including Galaxy, Keyrock, RockawayX, and Valos.
The vault is listed on YieldApp, Accountable's yield marketplace, where depositors can independently verify capital deployment, facility status, and interest activity.
