Safe Pro Group projects Q2 2026 revenue above $1.3 million

July 27, 2026 8:59 AM

Safe Pro Group Inc. (Nasdaq: SPAI) said it expects second-quarter 2026 revenue to exceed $1.3 million, representing a year-over-year increase of more than 1,300% compared with approximately $92,753 in the second quarter of 2025, according to preliminary, unaudited financial data.

The Aventura, Fla.-based company attributed the projected growth to multiple U.S. Army subcontract awards for its AI-powered threat detection and mapping software. The contracts include AI-powered threat mapping, edge compute sales, and recurring services and support revenue.

Safe Pro said it has expanded its AI software offering from drone platforms to autonomous ground vehicles used by the U.S. Army. The company's SPOTD (Safe Pro Object Threat Detection) technology analyzes drone imagery to identify and map potential explosive hazards, including landmines, cluster munitions, and unexploded ordnance. The platform claims to identify more than 150 types of explosive threats.

The company also completed a board-approved share repurchase program during the second quarter of 2026, buying back 637,084 common shares in the open market.

"During the second quarter, Safe Pro has continued to capitalize on the growing momentum we have seen in the defense markets for our novel, AI-powered threat detection and mapping technologies," said Dan Erdberg, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Safe Pro Group Inc.

The company said its AI dataset includes more than 2.9 million drone images and over 51,750 confirmed detections collected across more than 37,835 acres in Ukraine. The figures are based on a press release statement and the revenue projections remain preliminary and subject to revision upon completion of the company's quarterly review process.
