Axe Compute Inc. (NASDAQ: AGPU) announced a five-year customer contract valued at over $1.5 billion to deploy a dedicated AI infrastructure cluster in the United States using Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPUs.

The contract, secured through the company's Build program, covers a cluster of more than 9,200 Nvidia B300 GPUs designed, deployed, owned, and operated by Axe Compute. The agreement brings the company's total 2026 signed contracted value to more than $3 billion.

Axe Compute said it expects to receive more than $534 million in aggregate customer prepayments within 30 days, tied to this agreement and previously announced contracts. The company said those prepayments are expected to cover a substantial portion of associated GPU and infrastructure capital expenditures, with the remainder funded through project-level financing.

The company said the new contract, combined with previously announced agreements, is expected to raise its annual run rate to over $696 million upon full deployment, compared with a $385 million run rate reported earlier in July 2026. Monthly revenues from the Build program are expected to begin this quarter, with additional cluster activations anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2026.

"This agreement adds another major contracted deployment to our Axe Build portfolio and brings our total signed contract value for 2026 to more than $3 billion, nearly double where we stood earlier this year," said Christopher Miglino, Chief Executive Officer of Axe Compute.

The cluster is designed for single-tenant AI workloads including real-time inference, model fine-tuning, and high-throughput data pipelines. It also includes ancillary services for token production and dedicated high-speed inference networking.
