Rezolve Ai reports preliminary H1 2026 revenue of $127 million
Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) reported preliminary, unaudited first-half 2026 revenue of approximately $127 million, compared with $6.32 million in the same period a year earlier, according to a company statement.
The figure, which remains subject to finalization of the company's half-year close and review procedures, also exceeds Rezolve Ai's total audited full-year 2025 revenue of $46.8 million. Final first-half 2026 results are expected to be released in September 2026.
The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million. Management said it expects second-half 2026 revenue to be larger than the first half, citing continued enterprise deployment, partner-led pipeline conversion and seasonal retail activity.
Rezolve Ai also stated a target to exit 2026 with at least $500 million of annual recurring revenue, a non-GAAP metric representing the annualized value of recurring subscription and contract revenue under agreements in effect at the measurement date.
The company said its customer base includes more than 1,000 enterprise customers. It cited a partnership with UK fintech platform Zilch, which serves nearly 6 million customers, as well as ongoing work with Tata Consultancy Services. The company also said its brainpowaâ„¢ commerce-tuned models are now available through Microsoft Foundry within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
Rezolve Ai said independently reviewed research conducted by its labs showed a 3.7x improvement in transparency compared with conventional large language model architectures. The underlying research has been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Social Robotics 2026 in London.
Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO, said: "To move from $6.32 million of revenue in the first half of 2025 to an expected $127 million in the first half of 2026 is an extraordinary achievement."
The preliminary revenue figures are based on management accounts and are subject to change. The company is headquartered in London with operations across North America, Europe and Asia.
