Coca-Cola's fairlife resumes most production after ransomware attack

July 27, 2026 6:56 AM

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) said its dairy subsidiary fairlife, LLC has resumed the majority of production at its four U.S. facilities following a ransomware attack that temporarily halted operations.

The incident involved an unauthorized third party accessing a portion of the company's systems and taking certain data. Coca-Cola said it continues working to restore impacted systems and operations.

Retail availability of fairlife products was largely unaffected due to existing inventory levels, and the company said product quality and safety were not impacted by the disruption.

Based on information currently available, Coca-Cola said it believes the incident has not had, and is not reasonably likely to have, a material impact on the company's financial condition or results of operations.
