Vivakor adds two crude oil programs, reaching $1.09B annualized

July 24, 2026 9:15 AM

Vivakor, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIVK) announced two new recurring physical crude oil commercial programs through its subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC, according to a company press release dated July 24, 2026.

The two programs are expected to generate approximately $384 million in annualized commercial activity, bringing the company's total announced physical crude oil marketing platform to more than $1.09 billion in annualized commercial activity, based on current market pricing assumptions.

The new agreements involve recurring physical crude oil purchase and sale transactions at the Cushing and Midland Terminals. The contract terms run from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, and add approximately 400,000 barrels per month, or 4.8 million barrels annually, to the company's marketed volume.

The company noted that actual commercial activity will vary based on commodity prices, market differentials, delivered volumes and timing. Vivakor also disclosed that, consistent with standard physical commodity marketing transactions, only a small percentage of the total contract value is recognized as gross profit, reflecting its role as an intermediary in the physical crude oil supply chain.

"Surpassing $1 billion of announced annualized commercial activity marks an important milestone in the continued growth of Vivakor Supply & Trading," said James Ballengee, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vivakor.

Vivakor describes itself as an integrated provider of energy transportation, storage, and remediation services, operating an oilfield trucking fleet in the continental United States.
