KULR Technology sells bitcoin to repay $20M Coinbase credit facility
KULR Technology Group (NYSE: KULR) sold approximately 333 bitcoin between July 9 and July 23, 2026, generating roughly $21.5 million in gross proceeds, according to a company statement.
The sales were executed through open market transactions at a weighted average price of approximately $64,538 per bitcoin. The company applied the net proceeds to fully repay its $20.0 million credit facility with Coinbase Credit, Inc., leaving no principal balance outstanding.
As a result of the full repayment, 565 bitcoin previously pledged as collateral under the credit facility is expected to be released back to the company. Accrued interest under the facility will be calculated as of month-end and is expected to be paid in August 2026.
The company said remaining net proceeds from the bitcoin sales will be used for general corporate purposes. As of July 23, 2026, KULR holds approximately 760 bitcoin.
The transactions were described as part of the company's ongoing treasury management operations.
