Zoomcar extends warrant exchange offer deadline to August 14

July 23, 2026 5:36 PM

Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ZCAR) has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange outstanding warrants for shares of common stock, according to a press release from the company.

The offer, previously set to expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 24, 2026, will now expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 14, 2026, unless further extended. The company cited the need for additional time for warrant holders to consider the offer and for conditions to be met, including stockholder approval of an increase in authorized shares of common stock.

Warrants previously tendered and not withdrawn remain valid and do not need to be re-tendered. Holders who have not yet tendered, or who previously withdrew their warrants, may still participate by following procedures outlined in the company's Schedule TO filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Tendered warrants may be withdrawn at any time before the offer expires.

All other terms and conditions of the exchange offer remain unchanged. Zoomcar is based in Bengaluru, India, and operates a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace.
