VisionWave meets Meteor Aerospace in Israel to advance acquisition plan
VisionWave Holdings (NASDAQ: VWAV) announced that its executive leadership team completed a strategic working session with Meteor Aerospace Ltd. leadership in Israel, as part of pre-closing integration planning under a previously announced agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Meteor Aerospace.
During the visit, VisionWave executives reviewed Meteor Aerospace's defense technology portfolio, which includes tactical and strategic unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, unmanned surface vessels, electronic warfare and SIGINT technologies, precision strike systems, C4ISR platforms and sovereign defense architectures.
The sessions included engineering reviews, technology demonstrations, manufacturing assessments and product roadmap discussions. Meteor Aerospace also presented video documentation of field tests of its Impact-700 UAV, conducted at the Bar Yehuda airfield near the Dead Sea under the regulatory monitoring and approval of the Israeli Aviation Authority.

The acquisition remains subject to closing conditions including completion of legal, financial, operational, technical, cybersecurity, export control and intellectual property due diligence, as well as receipt of applicable regulatory approvals. VisionWave stated there is no assurance the transaction will be completed on the anticipated timeline or at all.
