RH (NYSE: RH) has appointed Ryan Hassanein as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, the company announced.

Hassanein will oversee the company's legal and compliance functions, including product safety and vendor compliance. He will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Gary Friedman and serve on the company's Executive Leadership Team.

Before joining RH, Hassanein spent more than ten years at McKesson Corporation, where he was a member of the Chief Legal Officer's leadership team. His responsibilities at McKesson included litigation, regulatory, compliance, government relations, supply chain, and technology.
