Fermi Inc. (NASDAQ: FRMI) has applied to admit 12,127,558 shares of common stock to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, according to a company statement.

The shares, valued at $0.001 per share, are being issued in connection with the settlement of advisory fees and the vesting of restricted stock units. Admission is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on July 29, 2026.

The newly admitted shares are fully paid and rank pari-passu with the company's existing common stock and are fungible with shares already trading on the exchange.

Following the admission, Fermi Inc. will have 640,467,348 shares of common stock in issue with voting rights admitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's Official List and to trading on the LSE's Main Market. No shares are held in treasury.
